Lastly I must mention Steve Hiscocks. If not for his books, this website would have been still restricted to telegraph stamps of the UK.
In putting this together, clearly the books of Steve Hiscocks were the primary sources, so I will start with these. My other sources are mostly CD versions as I do not have many books. Having changed countries of residence a couple of times they have mostly failed to keep up with me.
