Only one seal has come to the writer's attention, and that was offered on eBay at a high price.

This was sold as a seal, but it may have been a seal in the Ottoman sense of a 'seal of authority' rather than to seal telegrams.
It may also simply be a cutout from a document or envelope.
The single rather uninspiring label shown below is the only telegraph seal so far reported to have been used in Estonia.
