Only one type known.
From a telegram dated 6 October 1926. The width of the complete wording would be 16mm.
A better centred one is dated 8 September 1922. Both of the forms had a similar logo to the seal at the top of the front, with nothing on the back.

Another form dated 2 April 1921 is different. It is rather dilapidated and has unidentifiable seal remains.
The front is simpler and without logo, but the back has the logo and a rather nice map.
