Updates. So far I have done nothing except to convert this so that the translator can be used and added the last two seals and introduced 'RH' (Revised Hiscocks) numbers. |

Hiscocks added the following note:
Note. Although the right-hand Hercules shield supporter on the dark blue seal, #1, looks different from the version in light blue, I have seen another copy and I think this is just an ink smudge on my copy and that actually they are the same apart from the colour. Both appear to have been cut or torn from the sheet and the size of the light blue version, #2, needs confirmation. |

This last fragment is the only example I have seen on a telegram.
Anyone have any idea of the meaning ?
There were two places for a date, both said 5/5 but without a year which was pre-filled as '191'.

Hiscocks had no entries for this. The one shown is not specifically for Honduras, However Honduras is the only place is definitely known to have been used. . |
#1 1930 ? 63mm. Perf. 11¾. Photogravure |
This was used 16 December 1930 in Tegucigalpa, but is not marked specifically for use in Honduras.
It was probably used in any/all countries where the United Fruit Company operated.
